Project description
With their innovative connection technology, the RKS-Magic® cable trays are not only cleverly designed, but can also impress on account of their elegance and design.
Since last year, the RKS-Magic® cable trays have been a part of the "Personal Photographs" installation of the New York art duo, Eva and Franco Mattes. The installation consists of a network of cable trays, which winds through exhibition rooms, up to ceilings and around columns.
The cables, run along the RKS-Magic®, connecting two microcomputers, upon which images of different artists are displayed in a continuous loop. The installation reflects the influence of modern technology on everyday life.
The OBO cable trays have already been exhibited in Los Angeles, Montreal and Milan. Further exhibitions in Berlin and Zurich are to follow. The installations stand out not only through their design, but also present the high flexibility and great stability of the OBO Magic system.
