An addition to the WIN series: The portfolio of OBO cavity wall boxes continues to grow. With the cavity wall electronics box, a further member of the WIN series can now help to ensure that work finishes on time on the construction site. The airtight cavity wall electronics box with TPE entries and covered TPE clamping space creates additional space for wiring or electronics components.

Small cavity wall electronics box, major benefits
In particular, the skeleton structure of the additional construction space provides a very high level of flexibility. The cavity wall electronics boxes can also be installed when the installation dimensions are very limited, such as in a stand-off structure with double panelling. At the same time, the spine prevents the construction space at the side from turning inside out and simplifies the insertion of the empty pipes.

As with all cavity wall boxes from the new WIN series, the cavity wall electronics box possesses 2x3 screw domes, which, as an ingenious product detail, ensures maximum tolerance compensation. The screw domes always allow exact fastening of the device.
Flexible installation made easy
The cavity wall box can be installed easily and flexibly and, thanks to its structure, can offer variable options for mounting the electronics components:
- Mounting of the electronics component outside the stand-off structure
The design of the cavity wall electronics box means that it is possible to remove a closing cap and close it again. This allows pre-mounting of the component outside the cavity wall. The wired unit with empty pipes and components can be inserted in wall openings with a diameter of 68 mm. It allows easy, comfortable wiring and installation. - Mounting of the electronics component in the installed cavity wall electronics box
The cavity wall electronics box also offers the option of installing the component in a previously installed box. For this, the NYM cable or data cable is simply inserted through the insertion opening on the rear side of the box. The unit thus created is then placed in the pre-drilled wall opening, immediately guaranteeing secure positioning.
